if the ministration has a different view, seeing if facts, you can impact in other ways. the issue of private prisons is also a problem for state and local government as well as the federal government. we felt it was important to phase out private prisons because our inspector general had done a review of how they operated and found out that they were not as effective in returning people home able to participate as full citizens. they were not a safe for inmates or for the correction officers who worked there in the bureau of prisons run facility and they were much more expensive to run. you have something that cost a lot more and isn't performing nearly as well is what you arty have. initially, private prisons growing up with a grueling industry because of the over incarceration. when you have large policy, large-scale policy that are going to call for more incarcerations, federally, federally, you won't be able to literally build space enough time to accommodate people. people were making money off of it and that's what happens in a free market society. because of the w
