it has yet to hit 60 degrees in minneapolis this year. degree reading they had was november 27. they probably won't see it today, maybe early next week. the high yesterday at penn state university was 36. that was the high. there are some signs we see 50s and 60s pushing northward. that will not be until early next week. here comes more snow. there are parts of south dakota, nebraska, iowa and minneapolis that could see another 2 to 4 inches of snow forecast there. the northeast is getting some cool air that continues to filter in. it is been very tough, record- setting cold for some for april. for us, a lot of cloud cover and little in the way of any rain. if there is any, it looks to favor the san mateo coast near monterey. cloudy this morning, we will probably get some breaks late morning and early afternoon. than a clouds up again. 40s and 50s for temperatures. they want change too much because of the cloud cover. 43 in black hawk, 44 in san ramon. lafayette is 43, 50 in pittsburg. 28 in truckee. nothing for the sierras until late ton
