minnesota is seeing these days... it's the perfect weather to start building their famous ice castles. the yearly ritual in eden prairie was put off a bit because of the warmer december. 60 towers of solid ice were built... spreading over an acre with walls about 10- feet thick. inside you'll find tunnels, caves, waterfalls, fountains... and slides. of home-grown icicles. /// ((demetria obilor)) > in today's "trending now"... the ice sculptures aren't just in that one portion of minnesota... sherry was just talking about. there's also a new ice trend that the locals are getting in on... and it's freezing their pants off -- literally. folks are freezing their jeans, sweatshirts, shoes -- you name it! and then putting them on display. now this all started when one resident decided it would be funny... to place frozen pants across the neighborhood... just to lighten the mood from their recent stretch of cold weather. now others are jumping on social media and posting their own pictures. /// let's get to sherry with a loo

the minnesota vikings host the seattle seahawks tomorrow. temperatures are expected to be in the single digits at kickoff! the vikings say they are not worried though. they are going to be ready for whatever mother nature has in store.
