last week --- someone walking their dog found her body february 11th near gildersleeve middle on minton drive. not determined how she died. police say it doesn't appear suspicious. portsmouth police are still searching for a third supsect after a police chase, two car crashes, and two school lockdowns. this story was breaking yesterday at 4. officers say 21-year-old taquan harper had 15 outstanding warrants even before he tried to run from them. police tried to pull over the silver ford focus harper was in yesterday afternoon , but he drove off and crashed into two cars, including an unmarked police cruiser. luckily, no one was seriously hurt. after the second crash, police say harper and a passenger in the car ran off. the back seat passenger stayed in the car and was taken into custody. officers put douglas park elementary and portsmouth christian school on lockdown while they searched for the other two police later found harper. they are still searching for the front seat passenger. free legal help is on the way for veterans and their families in hampton roads. reported the initiativ
