he's missing for three days. i interviewed his father just yesterday. his father in a hospital bed, he was seriously injured in the tornado. his son was with him. he was convinced his son was still alive. i just want to get into the morgue, or get some pictures so we know for sure. but they wouldn't let them in the morpg. two hours after i interviewed his father, a friend of a friend got them access to two pictures of toddlers in the morgue. one of the pictures was of their son skyular. so they're 95% sure he passed away, but not 100%, because they can't get in the morgue as of yet. so the coroner does say, starting tomorrow, people, some people will be able to go into the morgue. but it's not clear if that will happen because we're not sure where the governor stands on the issue. >> i asked him this a couple of times. this just broke as we were interviewing the governor, so we'll show you his reaction and try to get the latest information. last night the governor said he would do something about the problems we've been seeing with people, with the slow

it has been four days since michelle le went missing but this is still officially a missing persons case. today hayward police will be talking with fairfield police about a similar case involving another nursing student missing from last year. now, last friday at 7:00 here at hayward, michelle le went missing at about 7:00 in the evening at class at kaiser hospital. she was supposed to go to reno with friends but her car was found locked and parked a few blocks away. compare that to this case. phuong le disappeared in fairfield in april of last year. phuong le was found dead in napa county. that murder is unsolved. both victims share the same last name, both nursing students, vietnamese in their mid-20s and both drive white hondas. last night in hayward, family members passed out flyers to get the word out about a $20,000 reward and they are terribly worried. >> for her, this is very unusual. she is very responsible. much more responsible than me. >> reporter: all righty. here's a look at the flyer the family members are passing out. $20,000 reward. michelle le is 5'6", black hair, brown

these are people reported missing formally of -- form filed and formal report of them missing. get this list this afternoon we found a problem with it. lance is on the list twice. and our photographer may be able to zoom in here. you see him here. his full name is caley lance. 1601 jefferson. age 16. flip the page. and here it is again. haley lance. same address. same age. we have not been able to get any kind of response from the state and local officials as to why he's on the list twice. again, illustrates the problem of this list that no sooner was it issued in an effort to streamline the process, it was a problem with it. then later on we found of course lance had been deceased. the list in and of itself has some issues and are trying to work to streamline the process. it is not easy. another big part of the problem is that families are being denied access to a temporary morgue set up outside of the town where a federal forensics experts are going through and -- you know, confirming the identities and working to confirm the identities of the bodies. family members cannot go
