so, i started this initiative actually with another former governor, mitch daniels, at the institute around future of work. and, that is into the future of how our economy can work for more people. broadly speaking, it falls into three categories that i've focused on. one is, with the nature and the fact that nobody is going to work for the same job for 38 years when my dad did, when people move around, how do we create a social contract that really is based on current economy? that means in my mind, portable benefits. we all say as business leaders or governors, our biggest asset is our workforce. how do we intend people to invest in human capital in ways with a different set of rules and structures in the 20th century? and as a former business guy, i worry that the current market is focused on short-term, in terms of profit-seeking over long-term value creation, really undermines many of the fundamentals of our economy going forward and i've got some ideas on all of those, all of which i hope will be bipartisan, and not necessarily the fault of the left-right continuum. >> morgan,
