this is where police caught up at 13th and rising sun to the shooting victim in the back of the mitsubishifriend or somebody who witnessed this put him in the back seat and tried to drive him to temple university hospital. that front rim is what is left the rim was on there it got chewed away as he drove and back passenger side wheel also blown out. we don't know if they were shot out or he hit something in the race to get out of there and get to temple university but police told us they used the word intercepted this car as this person was trying to drive the shooting victim to temple. so what police did they got the guy out of the back seat of this car, put him in the back seat of the philadelphia police car and got him to temple hospital but he was pronounced dead instantly at 12:26, shooting happened just around midnight. so wow, what an awful scene. we don't know how many times this person was shot but one cop said don't be surprised if this guy had 20 plus gunshot into him because somebody shot him several times, and then shot him even more times, when he was lying on the ground. the
