mlb has been clear and i appreciate the clarity. only a new project at the waterfront is going to keep our a's in oakland. well, then why is it come to a vote has been for years. they've been pushing this thing. what's in the way? listen, we've made lot of progress. we got the governor certification at the beginning of this school that this year we released the environmental impact report the a's just released the financial plan 3 weeks ago. and so now we need to bring our partners in this region together to make sure that this project, which is privately financed by the a's will be successful and generate the community benefits that we desert. our task right now and we've got to get it to a vote in the city council by the end of july. all i can say i get you have to july to get this together. so i guess. why after 4 years of not getting it together. using selling is going to happen in a couple of months. >> because of all the work that we've done so far. those were huge accomplishments. those 4 years in the making to get that envir
