the napa valley mobile home park four of those mobile homes completely destroyed after the earth quake. firefighters telling me they believe it was a gas leek that started the fire. four mobile homes completely destroyed. six to eight of those homes moderate to severe damage. the reel problem is water. because of the violent nature of this earth quake it broke water mains across napa including right in front of this mobile home park. all they they could do is stand and watch. the good news nobody was hurt from the fire. everybody was able to get out. i spoke with the captain of the napa fire department and described the scene of out frus race rauting it was for them. >> the hardest part was having to deal with the lack of water for the incident and you have structures immediately threatened next to the ones that were burning knew that you're going to lose more. there wasn't a lot of help to save that particular unit was very difficult. >> how much damage? >> i can't begin to estimate the dollar damage not knowing what the current value of the units in the park. i kound couldn't -- >> h

what about t-mobile? >> t-mobile is probably going to be fine. t-mobile has right now a ton of brand momentum. it's prices are already low, so it's gaining market share and it's got a lot of cost reductions ahead of it because of a merger that it did a year or so ago with metro pcs and so, it's income statement and it's balance sheet keep getting stronger as time goes on. >> reporter: iliad put an offer for majority steak, as well, and experts say this could present a buying opportunity for dish network a company that also faces increased competition as at&t buys the rival direct tv and comcast merges with timewarner cable. for sprint, the company is also welcoming a new ceo, whose cell phone d by a distributor. >>> more on the abandoned bid by 21st century to acquire timewarner. timewarner's shares fell. thanks to hbo and the game of thrones series. after the bell, the latest quarterly earnings at 21st century fox were better than expected thanks to the film and cable tv networks. revenues of more than $8 billion beat wall street estimates. the

at&t want to t-mobile at one point. that is off the table. >> four wireless carriers for the u.s., for the long-term future? >> until there is a change in washington, i don't think we can expect a change there. with t-mobile emerging as a stronger competitor and seeing a growth in subscribers, i think that is how this will go forward. someone from another industry who might be parallel to this. dish, all of them are so busy right now with other merger plans. >> what does this mean for customers, john? is not much going to change? t-mobile has been shaking up certain data plans, arriving prices down. how long will that continue? >> look, emily, it bought them a lot of success. they are out there as the low-cost provider, and i don't see that changing. they have stuck to their guns, branding themselves as the consumer-friendly carrier out there, using price as the key weapon, and for good reason. if you look at telecom, it's a commodity service. again, legere is taking the right tack, and i don't expect any changes. >> jo

way you put limits on mobile devices. can you just talk a little bit about what you learn in having to change those models and what you're finding out about people's habits? >> guest: sure. the -- it really -- it is fascinating to look at the sea change this listener behavior. we were years ago, you know, just a couple years ago we were predominantly listened to on the december k top. today i believe we're close to 80% of our listening now occurs on mobile devices. it creates a lot of challenges, obviously, for the service. you've got a much smaller screen, so how do you convey relevant information to the listener and do it in a way that's simple and easily navigable. unfortunately, advertisers haven't moved over to mobile as rapidly as listeners have, and so the monetization of our mobile listeners is slightly behind where we are on the desktop. we're extremely proud of the efforts we've made around mobile monetization. we're third behind facebook and and google in terms of our ability to monetize our mobile listeners. y

we've seen probably some of the worst video from a mobile home park that some of the mobile homes have been destroyed, on fire. take a look. four homes destroyed by fire the a mobile home park in north napa. there was no water for the first 20 minutes because there were broken water mains. apparently this started with a broken gas main. you can see firefighters right now are just letting it burn, unfortunately. they're trying to conserve water in case anything else should happen. we are hearing that a triage center was set up at queen of the valley hospital in napa. we aren't hearing of any major injuries at this point. let's get it over to cheryl and kristen. >> let's show that picture you're talking about, ama, the triage center they set up at queen of the valley. we'll have that in a little bit. right now you're looking at video of some of the destruction in napa. here is the triage center for you. 70 patients have arrived here at this triage center set up right outside the e.r. most of the patients have lacerations, cuts, things consistent with bricks or cuts from glass or things l

one fire contained to one mobile home. that mobile home destroyed. a much larger fire contained to several mobile homes. it destroyed three homes and damaged six to eight more. now, aid crinkle into all of this, you noticed into the park is the water main that was ruptured in the street. the service line to this park, there was no pressure because it was bubbling out front. they were aware of this. the first order was to basically just get everyone evacuated. they only had 300 gallons of water in their fire truck, which is the equivalent of a dixie cup when it comes to fighting a fire. that was not as much help. what they had to do is call for mutual aid from the county. the county sent in two water vendors with a total of 6,000 gallons of water combining that with -- they were able to keep the fires contained. again, to the three homes that were destroyed. another six to eight damaged. their fear was, though, this is a large block here. this could have easily spread to another six to eight homes. you could have seen a lot more damage. fortunately, t

this is the napa valley mobile home park. we have three mobile homes a complete loss here. you see here they are starting to burn out. they only have a limited water supply here. there are three in this immediate area and two more. another mobile home, a separate incident also burned, a total loss. all of this due to gas line breaks in the immediate aftermath of the earthquake and that's complicated by the fact they had water main breaks in the same area. when the firefighters got here, they had no water pressure. they did, as cheryl said, bring in water tenders. joining me right now is division chief darren drake with the napa city fire department there. first of all, tell us the situation. you really have to let these burn out, right? >> we do at this time. unfortunately we had a major water main break just outside the mobile home park which complicated the fire fight. we had to get water tenders in to provide water for the firefight. it did make things more difficult for us. >> so you had a time you had no water basically? >> that's correct. when we first got here, that
