i grew up actually in a very old town called modesto.rs old. every morning my parents would wake us up. we would hop in the back of my dad's truck and we would pick fruits and vegetables vegetables five 30 in the mornig until about 2:30 p.m. it was hard work but i thought this is better than living under the communist regime in vietnam. we live in a small town where we were one of the four asian american families. i grew up eating foam with rice and soy sauce. we will very or. i came o san jose around the year 2000. this is the city where i met my. it is also the the where i had my daughter. i recognize that this city had two of the largese in these populations outside vi. yet, there was no one in politics representing the vietnamese-american community. i i started out with pretty much like any activist. i tried to register people to vote. i tried tried to tell them the importance of voting. i told them the importance of getting involved. i was elected in 2000 five. i served until 2000 13 as a councilmember and vice mayor. my biggest bat

so some of these by later today, even some out towards fresno, modesto. and a lot of that continues to work its way towards this year, so i mean it's close, but for the morning looks good in the afternoon as this system inches closer than especially to the west, i would thank you, you know, possibility one of those bands clipping the coast or coming up from the west southwest. first snow of the season fell yesterday up in the sierra higher elevations off and on rain. the bands continue to kind of paint areas, mainly just on the california side fifties on the 10th little cooler here, 50 to santa rosa petaluma, although there are some mid fifties upper fifties, even 60 50 once and in selma, fairfax is at 50 degrees 51. kelsey ville upper lake 52. so these are cooler than yesterday. that's for sure. windsor richmond 53 degrees and there's our system and you can see the lightning strikes. there's plenty there now. the key is, will it move far enough eastward to put us in line for some of that? maybe later today it won't bump through or punched through until t
