solar impulse is scheduled to fly over the bay bridge within the next hour and then it will land at moffitt field this evening. >>> the burlington school district broke ground on an elementary school. some neighbors are going to court to try to stop it from opening. hoover elementary school was built back in the '30s but shut down and sold in the '70s. they bought it back to accommodate a boom in enrollment. opponents say the location along summit drive is too winding to be safe. superintendent argues that they have gone through the proper channels to make it a reality. >> we've gone through all of the reports that we've had to go to ensure the safety of our school, which is most important to us, safety and security of our students. so we have gone through all of the proper channels, we've hired a renowned traffic specialist to take a look at the school site and we've been given the go ahead. >> superintendent says the street will be widened and a drop-off zone created. a group of neighbors is calling for a full environmental report to go done. the school is expected to open for the 2014 sc
