that's the monsoonal moisture. we are dealing with the ridge of high pressure that's bringing in that moisture. taking a look at relative humidity levels in the 80s and 90s. it's damp outside. west winds not too strong but it's bringing in the early- morning fog. it could extend through the delta. right now southwest winds in fairfield at 20. the usual spots definitely dealing with that. afternoon highs 60s and 70s if you are right around the bay. redwood city though 83. 82 in fremont. 96 in livermore. 97 in fairfield. so yes, another hot day out there. and taking a look at how that stands compared to normal, we should be right around 66 in san francisco this time of year just a couple of degrees above average but then concord about 9 degrees above average. so instead of the 80s, looking at the upper 90s for inland spots. and satellite/radar for the state of california, showing all this moisture building. they definitely got a lot of rain coming through los angeles yesterday and now some of that is moving over acro
