i'm molette green. >> for the second time in a week pedestrian has been killed along georgia avenue in wheato >> it happened this morning shutting down the load for hours.he it's where latest investigation is this morning. what can you tellus? >> reporter: well, there was one man who lived in the area who woke this morning, saw what was happening and his reaction was not again. you can see it's now open in oth directions but it wa closed during rush hour this morning as police investigated d fataltrian accident. this all happened around 4:00 a.m. manas struck by a car on the south side of georgia avenue near the intersection. it appears he was thrown quite a distance landing at the corner. driver of the car did stop and was here when police arrived. this is the third fatal accident on georgia avenue in the wheaton peea in a little less than two weeks. le say it's a dangerous stretch of road. there's lots ofnd cars lots ofde rians. >> i see pedestrians trying to get across the street any way they can and the car is traveling quickly. >> are you surprised this happened? >> it's happened
