molly henneberg has more. >> molly: testimony today and earlier this week in the trial of abortion provider of a doctor focused on how and why 41 immigrant died during an abortion at his west philadelphia clinic in 2009. he is now charged with the murder and with the murder of seven infants they say were born alive during late term abortions and killed by his staff by cutting their spinal cords with scissors. he has pleaded not guilty. now pro-choice advocates are going on the offensive in the o. laitd the latest an op-ed written by the former president pro-choice america arguing that women turn to his rogue clinic because of, quote, medicaid's refusal to cover most abortions, scarcity of providers in pennsylvania, fear of violent pro testers and right wing culture. they are pushing back for more regulations on abortion clinics to make sure they don't receive unstandard care. >> it's unregulated abortion. this is his clinic and it's a result of putting access to abortion above women's health and safety. >> reporter: fox contacted several pro-choice groups for an interview and all declined.
