in washington, molly henneberg, fox news. >> bret: the administration's pay czar is back on the hunt for high salaries at bailed out firms. fox business network correspondent peter barnes has the bottom line. good evening, peter. >> hey, bret. ken feinberg taking the knife again to the pay of 119 executives at the five firms that got big taxpayer bailouts. tens of billions of dollars each. a.i.g., general motors, chrysler, gmac and chrysler financial. feinberg says he cut the executives cash salaries by a third for this year. most of them to less than $500,000 each. he said he cut their overall compensation, including stock bonuses by 15%. but 69 executives could still take home paychecks of more than a million dollars for this year. feinberg said that's okay, as long as they do a good job and earn it, unlike some executives during the financial crisis who walked away with millions after they ran their companies into the ground. >> when you say that you add the stock to the cash and you are over a million dollars, that stock has to be held for two, three, four years. the stock value

molly henneberg has all the details. >> reporter: we are from the irs and we are here to help.e for the irs is to monitor individuals and businesses monthly to make sure each person has health insurance as of 2014, and businesses are offering it to employees. those not in compliance the irs is supposed to levy a penalty for taxes. the irs will be responsible for determining who is eligible for tax credits. or for additional taxpayer dollars to help them buy insurance. but new healthcare reform bill does not give the tax agency more money to do all this. the congressional budget office estimates it will cost the irs $5 billion to $10 billion to do this over 10 years. but no money has been set aside. megyn: how do they expect to pay for it. >> reporter: the government will have to find money somewhere. the bill isn't clear on how the irs will go about enforcing the new penalties and taxes. but taxpayer advocate groups warn that irs will have the authority it needs to collect the money. >> the irs is going to get more, not fewer powers to issue liens and leafies in connection with

jane: molly henneberg, she's been watching all morning, the debate right now going on, what should we know what's taking place? >> reporter: this is ever changing but here's our sense of what will happen on the senate floor, as they finish the debate on fixes to the senate health care bill reform that was passed by the house, in an effort to move this along, the top democrat in the senate, harry reid, just this morning gave up all the time allotted to democrats for speeches. now, that still leaves seven hours, 25 minutes given to republicans. so that doesn't mean you won't hear from democrats today. both sides have agreed to split that time, 50/50. although it's unclear if both sides will actually use up all that time given to them. but it appears the debate will wrap up in the 5:00 hour today, then they'll proto most of the vote. jane: what kind of amendments are the republicans proposing? >> a number of fixes they would like to see added to the bill, new hampshire's judd gregg wants the cut in medicare in the bill, he wants any money gotten wa way to be put back in for seniors, he s
