this is what people are seeing in that neighborhood by mondawmin mall. it's calmed down a little bit. not as much chaos happening there. but this is a disturbing video we just saw in that neighborhood. a gentleman assaulted as he walks towards that crowd there. very unruly situation. and earlier today, they mentioned the response moving downtown. baltimore's office of emergency management tweeted earlier that they are seeing this pack of aggressive youth head down towards downtown. we know that they're going to be met with resistance from pastor bryant's crowd but in addition they've started to station assets around city hall and the war memorial building which is directly across the street. you see now a perimeter of police officers guarding the front of city hall and stationed in the entire square section around that entire complex. it's a widespread area, two blocks in front of city mall and open area and they are stationed and ready to take on anyone who comes in that direction, as they said guarding those assets and also want to show you this video
