good afternoon chair mondejar. today i too man come before youe approve establishing classification of positions and compensation schedules for successor of agency staff for positions under said classifications. to give you a brief overview my presentation will include a background and history of ocii salaries, proposed salary charts and changes and additions, and depdepartmental scope. the currently salary has a compensation schedule plan that relates to each classification and benchmark salaries to the city.
