nbc10's monique braxton is on the scene right now. monique, what you can tell us at this point? >> reporter: chris, we arrived here about five minutes ago. i just learned from investigators that one firefighter was injured. they do believe he suffered a burn on his wrist but no one was injured inside of this home. investigators are saying they're checking on the possibility that squatters are here inside. and they also learned that there's an illegal electrical hookup in the rear of the home but they don't know if it's an electrical fire. so they're investigating several different angles. you can see a dozen firefighters still on the scene. but the fire was called about 4:00 a.m. this morning. it took them about 19 minutes to bring the blaze under control. no billowing smoke here. no heavy flames at this point. but police are investigating along with firefighters that squatters were possibly here inside this vacant home. that's the latest for now, we're going to continue to monitor this investigation. any breaking details you can count on nbc10 to bring it to you. live for now i
