nbc10's monique braxton is live in center city where the trail watch will be launched. e. >> reporter: just over my shoulder in the park the city parks and rec department is setting up for the official launching of the schuylkill river trail watch program. it gets under way in about an hour, and it's all about being my brother's keeper in aert pa a part of the city hit by crime. last month police were called to the trail for two separate incidents. each time someone saw a man performing a lewd act. one person was arrested but another suspect got away. emergency mile markers are now posted. should something happen, victims would then be able to let police know exactly where they are. today cyclists and runners are joining those who live along the trail in an effort to make it more safe. we've already learned that 76 uniform volunteers have just completed a training program, and they tell us, as soon as they get those uniforms, they're then going to take to the trails hopefully in two weeks. we'll have the program for you later on the evening news cast. live for now in cen
