you you can see for monmouth county and also for ocean county with winds gusting 350 miles an hour.re trying to pull back towards philadelphia. remember we said this was a different type of storm because we were relying on it being pull back in the city for that hefty accumulation. we have a wild card, inverted trough through central and western pa is creating some lifting air. we also have rising air with area of low pressure. that is creating almost like a micro climate of high pressure which means dry conditions with that sinking air and it's not allowing the snow to move towards the west. until this dissipates we will really be seeing the thrust of the storm moving into the fill area and it may take a while through the overnight for that western edge to break apart. we are seeing some banding going on right now and some heavier snow along the shore and of course in that warning area. so we still think we are going to be seeing the heavier amounts in that blizzard warning airment the heaviest in the east in new jersey of course with bands of snow moving true. the heaviest snow an
