deanna durante was there as lind walked out of prison. >> she joins us now there live. >> reporter: it was less than an hour ago, monsignor william lind was able to leave the building here. the building behind me, number 14, at the prison here. a white suv arrived here around 2:30 this afternoon. someone went inside. a man, we're told, brought monsignor lind a change of clothes, and a few minutes later he walked right out of those doors into that car, heading towards the philadelphia area. now, this is not the first time monsignor lind has walked out o prison. his case has been a long legal battle. his conviction in 2012 was overturned by a high court. it was taken to the supreme court allowing lind to walk out of jail today. just this morning, he was able to make bail, post baseball and then his relatives drove from the philadelphia area in order to pick him up. his attorney said even though the district attorney is planning to retry his client, he said the majority of his sentence has already been served. >> if he were to be retried and convicted, he had a 36-month sentence. he's done 33 months. the parole board grante
