monte, have you ever seen something like this, that the magnitude, being done in the sports world? >> no, i have not. going back to my early childhood when we saw tommy smith and carlos protest on the medal stand in 1968, what that meant to people and how they were treated in the aftermath. that was 52 years ago. and now here we are, half a century later, we're seeing some of the same things that they were protesting against. the injustices, the inequality. and just this past week, jacob blake killing in wisconsin, and i think players and coaches in the nba, for sure, in late july, okay, we're going to have some so slogans, paint black lives matter on the courts and we're going to have slogans on our back and sayings on our back. this is not really making a difference, and they feel like they have to do something. i applaud them for their facing a priority over something bigger than basketball, even if it is the playoffs that they all want to play in. today was not the time to play a basketball game. >> is there a path forward, is there a pln or is this happening all in real time? >> it's all in real time right now. it's obviously going to affect other sports. we'll
