behind us is the montecito fire department's high water vehicle. this thing can drive through flooded roads, and they've been using it since last night. now what they just wrapped up doing here, which we could have shown it to you live, but they just wrapped up their work, so they were. they pulled up here just about 45 minutes ago. and what they had to do was take some workers over to the sonoma water treat wastewater treatment plant, which is on the other side of this now otherwise impassable road. this is neely road near highway 116. and so there was a crew of wastewater treatment workers on the other side of this from last night that weren't able to leave after their shift was over. and there was a crew that needed to get there today. so the monterey fire department was able to use that high water vehicle, a special vehicle, to drive through all of this and get those workers switched out for those shifts. but any other type of vehicle should not drive through this or any other type of road that shows even just a few inches of water. it's very h
