didn't get too much today, but this thing is enhancing toward monterey bay and monterey itself has picked up heavy rain in the last hour or so. for us, not much. the front now moving out into the great valley and we are looking at the golden gate bridge. streets are not even slick out there. the numbers are cool with concord at 58 degrees, oakland at 59, livermore at 57 degrees. 57 at the studios. low pressure is spinning just in the pacific northwest. they will get rain in seattle tomorrow and down in the bay area, the rain spreading south but it's not a classic cold front. it's going to have popcorn showers popping up all over the place. we'll get more rain out of this tomorrow than we had today, as this low sinks south. we'll pick up half an inch to an inch of rain. it will vary widely. some places will get dumped on. other places may not get much. then the low moves out and we'll go back to cool and dry weather from tuesday through saturday. then after saturday, a chance of rain coming into bay area on sunday, a week from today. meantime, we'll expect that rain tomorrow. on the future
