emeliano salinas, has been found safe after he was allegedly kidnapped this morning in soledad, in monterey county. which led to an amber alert. this man, colin blevin, is being credited with rescuing the child after the kidnapper tried to pass him off to a homeless woman off coleman avenue in san jose. blevin confronted the man, took custody of the child and called 911. the kidnapper was arrested later in salinas. the child reunited with his family. in san jose rob fladeboe kron 4 news in san francisco a team of muni workers inside the agency's tranportation management center and out in the field are being called heros for helping police stop the alleged kidnapping of a baby girl sunday. after a witness spotted the female suspect six month old girl and the get on a bus south of market, an alert went out, and two drivers were able to give information on the pair's location. police met the second bus at arleta and bayshore and took the suspect and child into custody. the infant was unharmed, the suspect was arrested and booked. kron4 news ((vicki)) after a scorching hot weekend..expect a cool down
