he has lived at this house at the corner of congress and monticello for 26 years. he's completely disabled. this morning at 6:00, his house is going to be foreclosed upon. he's going to be tossed, at least that's the plan. his story has caught the ear of 63-year-old tonya dennis who knows about foreclosures. one year ago she was evicted her house foreclosed upon. she is still living there, she back if, filed a lawsuit and she is still there. wilson, with dennis, is having a forensic audit done on this house. early indications are that this -- that hmc which has the mortgage is illegally foreclosing, according to miss dennis. they are planning on occupying the house they say he's not going to leave without a fight. abc 7 did did call hmc and did not receive a call back. mr. wilson is not just your ordinary resident he's an icon in the black community. through these backyard fundraisers he's raised enough money to send 50 young people to college. he's very well respected, very well liked. after 26 years at this house, completely disabled man is not going to give up w
