september 7th, a woman fondled on monticello boulevard. >> the victims all described someone as wearing a red baseball cap. they all described the same similar thing as happening to them, that they were fondled. a person ran up, grabbed them from behind, touched them inappropriately, and they ran off. >> police say no one was injured.
