i first met daniel mentally a -- montoya and they worked at the white house office of national aids policy. did some traveling around the country to visit programs and really find out what was going on on the ground. of course daniel knows better than most anyone i know and he has been an advocate and an outspoken leader on this epidemic for a number of years. he now serves as the deputy executive director at the national minority aids council, one of our leading advocacy organizations. daniel will share his thoughts. thank you, danielle.
