take a look at this pink here, which is west of livermore, we're seeing snow around moraga and the hillsablo you can see snow falling, right around state highway 35, santa cruz mountains. going all the way up towards the 84 area where seeing snow near woodside in the hills. that is not all. we've obviously seen snow developing. this is marin county hills, snow mixed in with rain. it's gotten interesting and it will continue to be the case all night long. here is a view from mount tamalpais camera. snow started accumulating, several inches has falling and we are still counting the snow in inches. look at temperatures in the upper 30s to the low 40s. it feels cold outside. it's cold enough to support snow tonight. don't be surprised if you run into snow at lower elevations. scattered snow around 1500 to 2,000 feet and we are looking at sunny and dry conditions on sunday. here the satellite and radar, cold front has been shifting northward and it's been lifting northward and most of the bay area has been dealing with light to moderate rain. more showers follow on saturday as the cold front
