here we are in oakland, moraga is looking at light rain. cole man parkway.s will continue to pick up. the peninsula and san francisco, and ocean avenue down by monterey road and caesar chavez is looking very soggy. if you head over to dumbarton bridge, fremont, is not quite happening yet. but the clouds and wind gusts all morning long. 38 mile-an-hour gusts at hayward 29 mile-an-hour wind gusts at livermore. everybody looking very gusty. in fact these winds are going shift later on this afternoon and still be quite windy, 20-25 miles an hour. temperatures not the story today. they've been up because of the wind and stay up to the 60-degree range. stormy conditions with windy showers, possibility of a showers will last through the evening but then overnight we dry out. still a little cool. here at wind advisory, sacramento valley and delta where the winds could gust up to 50 miles an hour. it's about half an inch on the ground. we could see some of those downed trees and the storm is churning up the surf. later on tonight we have the high surf advisory with a

east bay picking up light rain showers around moraga and also skyline boulevard. this is nothing. just a couple renegade cells in advancement of this area of low pressure to the north of the bay area. that is the frontal boundary. this is your morning commute and you'll notice all the rain is north of the golden gate bridge and watch what happens. kind of stalls. just hangs out over the north bay most of the day. by the evening commute, moves into the metropolitan area before slowly sagging in a southerly direction. rain fall amount will be healthy to the north. across the northern portion, which is slightly smaller amounts of heyward and union city. this area of low pressure is now banking up against the pacific northwest. the tail end of this system here wants to ride into the bay area and tap into another system. so we have three storms heading this way. tonight, partly cloudy. 6 inches of rain by friday night. temperatures 50s and 60s across the board and there you have it, the second system rolls in on thursday. a coarld one by the weekend. that's the ,,,,,,,,,,,, ,,,,,,,, ch
