moraga towards st. mary's. more than an inch of rain. just starting to see the rain towards the tri-valley and down out of the south bay. this is the spot that has been lagging behind in terms of the rainfall. just now starting to come down around santa clara. a third of an inch in los gatos. an inch of rain, and we'll certainly be adding to that the central and south bay. look at the enhancements to the rain. from san francisco down to palo alto. this is where we're getting ponding on the roads. when you get rain rates of a half inch per hour. that's what we're seeing in san francisco. a little letup in the rain but east baysan ram into castro valley into san jose beginning to see more of the moderate to briefly heavy rain crossing through. and this is the trend we're going to see between now and 3:00. notice that the south bay now is going to see the biggest brunt of this rain and gusty winds at times through 3:00 a.m. by 7:00 and 8:00, the rain band should be pushing off to the south and east. but notice during the day, even though th
