it was one of those morgan freeman kind of places. it was up and up to create a great job. even though the school is on the upswing, she was not able to convince the neighbor that we are to school. when we walked in the door, by most people's standard it was a fairly well-run decent public school. this was not a train wreck. most people would say it is okay. so much that no one who is in the neighborhood, and the 300 kids, who chose chicago public schools. that is how bad the situation was. real problems are relieve the. the waste to get supplies. 70% of our efforts, the thing we had to tackle. this is what each team did. how do you develop chemistry? how do you suddenly get a neighborhood to give school a second look and how to change that? this is 120-year-old beautiful building that looks kind of like a penitentiary. it looked alike bleak house. there wasn't anything about it. they start work on this school and we fixed this school physically, errors physically nothing. we had half a million dollars of goods and services and it was a gallon of paint at a time. there is n
