morning, folks. the chopper showing the tremendous backup, southbound 880 out of union city in newark through fremontand down toward stephen son boulevard. if you follow the backup south all the way to the scene of the crash, the coroner's truck and chp are still on scene doing the investigation. the flatbed tow truck looked like it was positioning itself about a minute ago to try to load up the car. we've seen the smashed up suv, what remains of it. they are getting ready to load that up. they've moved that flatbed into position. that looks like the remaining piece to be removed from the roadway. we don't know about continuing investigation that needs to go on there. chp has not told us when the lanes will reopen. they're doing something with regard to the equipment. we'll follow this. the big backup shows on the map. we're looking southbound 880 jammed all the way from about basically before you get to dakota, coming off alvarado, your alternate is mission boulevard towarnxg 680. you cross over at auto mall parkway or mission boulevard. live lookñ# to san jose farthe south, there is your buildup 1
