some locations like trenton, yardley and morrisville, could experience flooding which we are beginning to see. we already saw some of that over on route 29 in trenton, that flooding could be an issue over the next couple of days because it's hard to tell when that ice will break up. we saw a deer that wondered on the ice and made its way closer to the trenton side and that brings me to my next point and we see people coming down here to take pictures. that's all fine but we've also seen people venture out on the ice. i can't say enough what a bad idea that is. not all of this is solid. there's some nonicy spots where you can see how quickly the river is flowing now. as we begin to come back out here live, i want to point something out. fortunately the people who live over here, this residential park, there's a big mound that kind of separates the residential side from where the river is right now. i did put in a call to the coast guard to see what they are going to be doing if there's anything they can do to help address this situation on the ice. but my colleague cindy long, on the ot

so, this will stay up for ewing yardley morrisville even portions of trenton as minor flooding is occurring. so, as we look at trenton here, and what we are expecting in the delaware river, just minor flooding. flood stage is at 20 feet and this is expected to crest at 20 feet at 7:00 p.m. then the waters will slowly recede as we go throughout the overnight hours. minor flooding is a concern but any time you get that ice piling up it does allow the waters to rise in the river so it is a bit of a concern. fast forward into tuesday and into wednesday and we've got that accuweather alert. a winter weather advisory has been issued for areas north and west of the i-95 corridor, lancaster honey brook allentown quakertown green lane up to the poconos. included in that advisory it goes up at 5:00 a.m. on a tuesday right through 6:00 a.m. on wednesday as we are tracking a period of light snow. you can see the area of low pressure out to the north out across the northern great lakes and that trailing cold front that will work its way eastward as we get into tuesday afternoon really tuesday night and
