1600 block of kenyon ron that's right around 7 o'clock last night the suspect is identified as moses torres and is in police custody, right now. the victim ivan torres died on the way to the hospital. >>it's 96 and in the east bay her clique police officers are investigating a stabbing that happened nearly you see campus in the 1700 block of shattuck avenue. that's when they found a man who had been stabbed in the torso and another man in that area. he was hit with that chain in the head. police believe that those 2 victims got into some kind of an altercation with them and they are people that attacked him they are both in the hospital right now. and the we now know the name of the man whose body was found in coyote creek. the santa clara county medical examiner says it was 40 year-old or a fail mark has a hiker found the body in the lake near monterey and metcalf roads last week. police say there's no indication of foul play and they believe that he was a homeless man because he did not have a listed address. >>we're following this morning the 2 people arrested after a deadly shooting on
