pg&e crews and san mateo county are working to restore power in the area of montero and moss beach.outage was reported around 930 leaving roughly 4800 customers without power. the outage began in the area of second avenue and main street in montero. the result of a transformer fire. at last check about 330 customers were still affected. pg said he hopes to have power restored by 6:00 a.m. this morning. >> @ developing story we are following police have arrested five people in connection with the death of a man who was one of to a man and a woman was found bound and gagged on a san francisco street. police are not releasing any details about the relationship between the man and woman and whoever did this to them. only there was some kind of extensive relationship. there are many unanswered questions such as whether the two were beaten elsewhere and then dumped in san francisco on sunday night. >> the male victim identified as 26 a year old steven reed he died after being taken to the hospital. the woman has not been named is still in serious condition. she is expected to survive. no
