mr carroll and even cheer carol let's talk a personal level for. hole did you really expect this today. good evening you know i half expected this honestly it is an exciting day and. i don't think it has sunk in completely and i don't think anybody is completely realizing right now what has happened at least here in moscow because obviously we're not on the scene there i have spoken with some of my colleagues who cover exclusively soccer and they are excited i think they are. and they're parting well into the night i den at least that's what it sounds like on a personal level it's really hard to underestimate this event because if you look at for example american sports which is what i deal with mostly everybody knows that soccer is not the most popular sport there and that's an understatement but if you look at their bid for twenty twenty two where ex-president clinton no one deserves to bid to help the bid for the world cup which unfortunately they did not get. you know if the united states is dealing with it in such a fashion you really can't un

mr. foot and the famed forecast team at north carroll later, they are at 27. we have lots of stuff to talk about. officially it's 35 in baltimore. 36 in easton. but 29 hagerstown and teens west in the mountains. it's all wrapping around this last little piece of energy from the massive storm that blew through the midwest over the weekend and gave us heavy rain yesterday. snow showers for the mountains and ski resorts. a band of snow and two bands across the region this morning. and this could drop upwards to an inch. and temperatures cool down, we could get some accumulations over the next couple hours. so it could get slick during the morning and as we are watching the east coast here, cold air moves down to north florida this morning with flurries across central georgia. snow showers abundant and a few disturbance slide through reinforcing the cold air and temperatures for us will drop, but could be near freezing in miami this time tomorrow morning. for us, though, we stay in the moid-30s. we have had high temperatures -- mid-30s. we have had our high temper

mr. alosi tripped miami quarterback, nolan carroll as he ran back a punt yesterday.and has been suspended for the rest of the season. make him the worst person? he was the first guy on the jets to slow down a person on the opposing team in two weeks? let's play "oddball." >>> we begin on the internet with, a friendly seasonal reminders about the dangers of snow. we see a man trying to avoid a roof collapse by knocking snow off his roof using a very advanced tool, a big long stick. he manages to break his own gutter. persistence is the key to success and keeps whacking away and boom goes the dynamite. probably not the avalanche he anticipated but at least the snow is off the roof. a similar method did not occur when he attempted to clean out his chimney. >>> to russia, the prime minister in chief climbed on stage and sang "blueberry hill." the performance did not end there. after a request for an encore, he julyped to the piano and played "from where the moreland begins." i am skeptical about the timing of the whole event since his cd drops this weekend online. >>> we

. >> once again, i'd like to apologize to nolan carroll, the coach, mr. johnson, the entire new york jets organization. it's an honor and privilege to work every day and coach every day in the national football league, come in contact with a lot of good people in our building every day, players, staff, coaches, and i let everybody down yesterday with my actions. my actions were inexcuseable, and irresponsible. bill: when asked why he did it, he said i just wasn't thinking. all right, he is suspended without pay for the rest of the year and will pay a $25,000 fine, nolan carroll was able to play in that game on sunday. he left the field and came back in. martha: unbelievable. bill: at least he was honest, when his feet came to the fire, he was like look, my bad. martha: i would imagine they told look, you're going to pay this fine, be suspended and get out there and apologize. bill: especially when it's caught on national tv. martha: yeah, i'm appalled. it's appalling. they've been under a lot of pressure lately. maybe that's where that came from, right? >
