mr. pompeo and kim jong-un discuss but what happens during the meeting with president trump. so i think really, you know, we're sailing into uncharted waters right now and we don't know whether it's going to lead to a major break through or whether we're just simply going down the same pathogen all the previous agreements with north korea have failed, so, you know, is this time different? we really don't know. >> ambassador, i want to get you on that, then. will this lead to a break through? do you think that it will and what did you know, if anything, about this trip before it happened? >> well, first of all, i'm not sure about a break through by i think it's clear the show's going to go on. it's very clear that president trump wants this to happen. he said his probably most trusted person in the national security apparatus, mike pompeo to see if they got some traction on the issue that counts, which is denuclearization. so it's definitely going to happen. the question, of course, is what are they going to be able to agree to? back in 2005 the north koreans agreed to denucle
