mr. president, i would say this. clearly, the workforce is changing.t is becoming more mobile and we are relying a lot on the new digital age. so, the construct of homeownership is changing a little bit. i always said that when i first came to this country 20 years ago and i worked internationally in different markets. i realized that if we define homeownership more broadly as shelter, we think about it differently. we think about renting and we think about homeownership in kind of the context of essentially providing shelter. i do feel that there is a bridge between the two in terms of rent-to-own. and some of those programs are actually quite successful in different parts of the world. the private sector is trying it in the u.s., and i think that the ability to have mobility and yet create stability, which is what people tend to want to buy a home so they can create stable homes and stable communities, there's something emotionally appealing about it. i think that's a very important thing for us. i will go back to my fundamental premise. i'm really f
