mr. president. back in the day when credit cards just started to get going, if you were late on your payment, you just got a tiny late fee. a little bit of a nudge to remind you. but you know, today, $30 million in penalties are charged on americans every day. that's $12 billion a year. that really bites people's budgets. so what we did is we took a look at the law and the rules and we found a legal loophole that credit card companies had been exploiting to charge billions of extra dollars, way beyond their costs, and way unjustified to deter late payments. and think about it right now. people are seeing their bills from holiday travel from christmas gifts they want -- from christmas gifts. they want to be able to pay it back. but we see across the economy businesses building a model on these junk fees. so we have launched the process to cut those fees down from $12 billion and we project as the president mentioned we'll save people $9 billion a year. that's just one fee. and look, we want credit ca

mr. president, board, good afternoon. my name is paul (inaudible) president of greek orthodox cathedral. 1989 we all know we face the loma (inaudible) earthquake. our church and building was the only church of worship raised and red tagged immediately following. during these years we have since rebuilt on our same properties that we have owned for the community has been on the valencia street when it purchased the old theater built in 1907, we were there in 1921 prior to me being around and then we bought additional piece of property at 275 valencia which was the apartment building and then the next door to that was the boston loan building, therefore we did rebuild on our property at 245 valencia street. we are continuing to rebuild on our same footprint not additional properties that had been purchased since the 80's prior the earthquake. we are now in the process of continuing and finishing our greek orthodox cathedral house of worship. on valencia street you see the shell of the building and now working on the interior
