mr. blackman: with respect, we are already in that era. i think it is a very, very scary time.we don't have enough agents to enforce the capital gains tax, we are not going to enforce it -- we can tell people the corporate income tax is too high. for any corporation that has so many employees, we are not going to enforce it. that is a dangerous precedent. the constitution says, you shall faithfully execute the law.
