we charged both mr. bush and mr. prizby with two misdemeanors for violating michigan's safe drinking water act by failing to require anti-corrosive be added to the flint water system and by manipulating, by manipulating water samples by directing flint citizens to pre-flush their taps. these employees are the department of environmental quality and had to duty to protect the health of families and citizens of flint. they failed, they failed to discharge their duties. they failed in their responsibilities to protect the health and safety of families of flint. they failed michigan families. indeed, they failed us all. and i don't care where you live. mr. michael glassgow was working at the water treatment plant. we have charged mr. glassgow with felony tampering of evidence by altering and falsifying reports to the deq and the epa. we have also charged mr. glassglow with willful neglect of duty by failing to protect the health of flint families and violating his duties under the michigan safe drinking water act. i anno

mr. bush: it was meet the press. secondly. point what we must do is defeat jimmy carter. i got that into focus. i want to get these differences out with the governor so the voters can make a good determination. i hope that is what has happened in pennsylvania. a big difference the governor and i have is in regard to tax cut. $70 billion the first year. and gift taxes. we have computed that at $5.4 billion. and balance the budget and increase. resident kennedy suggested the cots were implemented by johnson . it was $11.4 million. it resulted in a $4.4 billion revenue loss. inflation was 1.8%. today it is 18. investor confidence was out there. now there is none. that economic program would exacerbate the deficit. it would result in less stimulation of the economy because of the conditions. and i believe before we can have massive across-the-board tax cut's we have to have the budget in balance. i am proposing a supply-side tax cut to stimulate savings for homes and businesses. mr. reagan: that i
