we will be having representative cantor and and mr. hoyer who went over the schedule this week and we appreciate the sensitivity in dealing with this issue and the expression of concern that there will not be a vote this week. there were certainly be tributes put forward for those who lost their life and the continued hope and fervent prayers and well wishes for gabrielle and all the victims as well with regard to their recovery. we will be holding a joint caucus conference on wednesday that the speaker has called for. again we thank him in this great time of need for the house, the people of arizona, and the country. i think all members on the phone conversation and subsequently, hopefully that out of this tragic circumstance, that greater comity within the house and discourse across this country and the camaraderie that we hope will ensue in a way where we are all in this together to improve the lives of the people that we are sworn to server. with that, i'll take a few questions. and then we will go. >> what did the sergeant of arms
