mr. carnes. >> can you hear me now? >> yes. and a few comments in response to mr. buck's the determination for a tree says that the the with article 16 and that is just a rule. and he said that they didn't have written determinations and kept them under lock and key. i have made many requests and all i have gotten back is a copy of the removal notice. i believe that there was not written determinations unless the lock and key is something that the records department can't get into. under 24-hour removals they have been doing this far long time but the first occurred in may of last year. before that they didn't appear. we did a check on these and the average amount of time that a tree that was determined to be -- what the recording is. and is manifest daning err as determined by the director and they argue that one of the trees stood 88 days so what the heck? either it is a dangerous tree and cut it down or with other technically is 24-hour postings can't be protested. so i think buff doesn't want
