mr. castro? >> yes, i do, your honor. >> the court has reviewed and accepted the plea agreement and the recommended sentence and i don't see any further purpose in going beyond life without parole 1,000 years, a person can only die in prison once. certainly you will receive a sentence that is commensurate with the harm you have done but one that also accomplishes the sentencing principles and the purposes here in ohio. there will be an order of forfeiture for the firearm, the home, at 220 seymour avenue and $22,268.83. all of those items will be forfeited by virtue of this sentencing today. the court also is kpoezing a fine of $100,000 in this matter. do you have property, separate and apart from the house and for count 1, 3, 7, 8, 9, the court is imposing the maximum fine on those counts which total together equals $100,000 and also have to pay the court costs. we are here only because of your actions, misguided, despicable as they may be, receive drit for time served of 87 days. in this matter

mr. castro say. intellectually we knew from his behaviors that he would, again, talk consistent with what i would call a narcissistic personality disorder. i would say emotionally we had all hoped to hear something different. but even the small period of time in which mr. castro says he apologizes, literally within seconds it's back to him and what's wrong with him and the problems and the need for attention to himself. so i think today unfortunately it's just another example of his pervasive personality disorder, which i would best identify as narcissistic personality disorder. >> angela, as a victim and a victim's right advocate or i should say survivor and survivor's right investigate, what if anything does an apology like this -- what effect does it have on the survivors? >> well, i'm sure it's probably a little bit helpful, but at the end of the day when you listen to the apology, it was extremely narcissistic. everything went back to what impact it had on him, not any mention of the impact that

mr. ruskin. very happy to be before you to discuss castro street we've been talking about for the many most. i want to acknowledge any colleague from the department today. see if i can show you those slides. i realize we've been here a while. if you'll indulge me for 10 slides. we have approximately market street and 19th street as the director mentioned the project is a coordinated infer with our office has heavy involvement. we've worked closely with many partners including the upper market benefit strict and they commissioned their own projects that was the seed to this project and also working with the merchants and the community association. castro street is one of our commercial vibrant corridors. we run a couple of muni lines and the 35 eureka and also crows castro and 17th and the location of our historic car terminal. the street is a very busy commercial district. the picture on the upper right it's where we see trucks double parked. and the pedestrians level is very, very high and the sidewalks are crowded on the weekends and the street serves the automobile traffic as well. photo
