[reading names] and i understand that a lot of people checked the wrong box, so i will sort them out. mr. brooks. >> a lot of people raise a lot of issues about very serious environmental problems with this eir, so i would just focused in on the one that i have raised most recently that really needs to be pried open, and that has to do with the danger of the japan like tsunami coming from alaska, which is four hours away, and hitting our coast, and a tsunami of that size would be at least 15 feet or higher of the california coast, and in the bay, it would create a very rapid type in surge of at least two feet or higher. when staff was repeatedly pressed in hearings about this, and when an analyst was pressed about this, they admitted that a tsunami of that size has not been included in the design plan for this project. as a matter of fact, in the budget and finance committee, supervisor mirkarimi asked staff, i believe it

chiu: thank you. i want to also express to mr. harington a couple of things. first of all, assuming that whatever balance -- fund balance is left on the go solar program this year, even if it's more than $1.2 million, that will get swept into the $3 million we have and that $1.2 million is a cap. i'm comfortable with what you have proposed here and i do think that next year during the budget process we're obviously going to take another hard look and look to see the benefits of this program that i do think have helped to bring san francisco from one of the last ranked barrier counties with regard to solar installations to one of the first ranked. and i do agree with supervisor mirkairmi when i look at the variety of different expenses that are being charged to city college. if we were to tinker with other line items, it would create potentially inconsistent policies vis-a-vis other departments and i think that's challenging. that being said, i think the southeast campus is something i'd like to see some progress on. again, assuming the p.u.c. has taken a great
