mr. chairman. my name is josh cobbs. i'm a parent of a child with autism for it it has been over seven years trying to better the lives of individuals and families affected by autism through insurance and education reforms. when i was left in front of this distinguished committee, i spoke of the successful and cost efficient services myself received using tele-health technology. this came from professionals in florida which was federal sponsored national research project rate we are one of 15 families that participated in this demonstration across the nation. in this model, after a brief& phase of face-to-face training which is crucial to build a therapeutic relationship, we relate to professionals by an interactive video systems that enable live tree, consultation and support directly into our home, when and where we needed it. through this model, we receive professional support in teaching our some language, life skills, and overall improving his quality of life. one of the main components of the study was the reducti
