cohen, commissioner kim, commissioner mar, consent calendar is a pproved. >> very good. let's go ahead to number four. >> state and federal legislative update. >> welcome. >> thank you mr.aire and -- chair and members. got two key things i want to brief you on. first with the recent conclusion of the determining of the fate of bills. i thought i update you on a couple of key bills how they faired. close with a brief overview of the transportation. out of the over 100 bills that we have on your matrix, 26 of them were measured that made it to the governor's desk. he acted on most of them. most of them that we had a watch or support position on. were approved. there were a couple of bills that were veto ed. i thought i highlight the ones that were most interest to the san francisco area. first i will call the ab40. this is a measure that deals with tolling and pedestrian b ikes on the goldengate bridge as well as state own bridges in california. that measure was approved by the governor and becomes law j anuary 1st. it took a great deal of staff and my time, ab194. this deals with hot lanes andly and tolling authority. it was something very great importance for the region
