mr. conover. you have the funding to do the irrigation, draining and treeing, correct? but you do not have the funding at the moment to do the paving. >> we do not. >> so should you go forward with the project to do the irrigation and drainage and trees? and you are going to have -- you mention that you shared with us that the park will be closed up to one year. and let's say you don't get the funding for the paving until after that is completed. so the park then gets shut down again? >> i guess in theory -- so i don't have a perfect timeline on when we may or may not get funding. i would say if it does not become apparent in the near future -- i can't give you an exit date -- that we will -- that if it becomes apparent we will get funding for the pathways relatively soon, then we would delay this project until we knew we had the money. if something else came up and it just became an absolute no, then yes, we would just focus on the irrigation and drainage, and it would be above me, and i don't know when money would come for pathways at that point. >> how long of a proc
