mr. crowley: i think we're almost out of time. you have a closing thought? ms. laipson: it's not going to be a black-and-white story. the iranians themselves might be political backlash that hasn't been early release to the average iranian citizen. your point is at least partly correct, the other countries will abide by the agreement even if we were by a unilateral political choice to say we change our mind. we don't really want to abide by this agreement. we still have in place lots and lots of unilaterally imposed sanctions. iran is not out of the penalty box. mr. crowley: if you want to bring is in for a landing. mr. mclaughlan: i think would be a bad idea. it's a good idea for congress to debated, because i don't know how you evaluate what we set up here, i think most of us, i would personally say it's pretty evenly balanced, if you add up the advantages and disadvantages of this agreement. there are disadvantages to this agreement. iran gets a lot out of it. we get something out of it. what it is is something we're not very good at, domestically anymore. it
